Director and Chartered Financial Planner, Gemma Darcy
“With over 24 years’ experience in the financial sector, we offer clients a boutique service. Working together, my role is to understand your aspirations and help you achieve the best financial lifestyle possible.
I take an informal approach, ensuring the delivery of my professional advice is specifically tailored to your needs. If anything happens, I’m at the end of the phone to talk things through and amend anything in place. For us, it’s all about excellent client relationships.
Our Chartered status means we adhere to a strict code of ethics and is the highest mark of trust, capability and professionalism within the financial planning industry. This means you can be confident you’re dealing with one of the UK’s leading advisers, wholly committed to providing you with the best possible advice, service and support for the long-term.”
Meet the team
Alongside our key players below, we have a host of specialist staff at St. James’s Place supporting our Practice. Clients can feel confident that help is always at hand, especially during any times of difficulty. Backed by St. James’s Place, my clients get the best of both worlds – our boutique Practice is small enough to provide a truly personal service, but our advice is guaranteed by a large company with statutory and regulatory controls which protect our clients and their investments across all its products.

Our charges explained
Our charges are simple to understand and easy for you to compare
We’ve split our charges into separate Advice, Product and Fund charges, so you can see what you pay for each of the services we provide.
Advice
The advice charge is what you pay for receiving advice from SJP via your SJP Partner. There is a one-off initial and then an ongoing advice charge.
Product
The product charge is what you pay SJP to administer your account. What you pay depends on which product you hold, for example whether you hold a pension or an ISA.
Fund
The fund charge is what you pay for the management and oversight of our funds. The amount varies by fund and what you pay depends on the funds you choose to invest in.
You can read a short explanation of what each of these charges mean here https://www.sjp.co.uk/individuals/charges
