She is what her online sites depict – genuine with an honest approach – not at all salesy as with other advisers I’d met who always felt disingenuous and left me feeling a bit cold. Corporate websites showing everybody’s perfect life with stock images doesn’t feel real and I find them off putting. Gemma’s was definitely different!
